MRC Manager has the most easy and convenient user interface so that anyone can use it. All you have to do is just process your sale and service activity through MRC Manager. Rest it will do automatically. We also provide free support assistance to our customer’s.

Do I need to buy domain or hosting to use MRC Manager?

No. You just have to purchase any license as per your requirement. And you can start using MRC Manager using your log-in credentials.

How long it takes to activate an account after purchasing?

Account activation are done within couple of minutes after we confirm your payment.

I purchased MRC Manager through PayPal but I didn’t get any mail with activation link.

How many technicians or sales persons can be managed by MRC Manager?

You can add or manage any number of technicians or sales persons you want. And that is possible in all three versions of MRC Manager License.

How can I update the software?

All software bug fix and updates will be done automatically and free of cost. You do not need to do anything from your site.

Is there any extra charges for future updates or for resolving software bugs?

No. bug fix and software updates are absolutely free for all our users. However, in future if we release any extra module which is completely different from current module, we may ask for different license activation. It completely depends on circumstances, we might also release for free to all our existing users.

How can I transfer my previous sales or repair records to MRC Manager?

We are working on database transfer which will allow you to import database from other software’s. Meanwhile you can record old sales or service data manually just by changing the date when you record the data.

How can I setup SMS notification service?

You can integrate sms notification/marketing with any SMS getaway you want. Please see the user guide of the company gateway you are using and set their API in MRC Manager RMS that you receive from them. if you need further assistance, please contact us.

How does the repair tracker works?

MRC Manager introduce an innovative way to track repair or sales order status. To see repair status or sales order details, customers just need to type the receipt number at cellrepair.info

How many logins are there with each license?

Our standard version comes with 1 login. If you need multiple user access, please purchase Professional or Ultimate version and you can create up to 10 individual user access.

What if my license expires? Will I lose my data?

No. Even if your license expires you will be able to log-in to your account to see your previous data anytime you want. We only delete user accounts that is not renewed after 180 days from the day it has expired. But we notify the account holder several times before taking such actions.

What if I have multiple branches?

Each license of MRC Manager is for a single service center or shop. To use in multiple branches you have to buy multiple licenses.

What if I have a special feature request?

Though most of all common features are already included in MRC Manager, still we want to improve MRC Manager time to time as per our users requirement grows. Feel free to contact our support team anytime if you have a special feature requirement and we will try our best to include that feature.
